Studio Policy: We have established clear policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our valued customers 1. Appointment: Appointments are required due to high-volume schedules. Appointments/ Amendments/ Cancellations can be made through our online booking system with your phones, tablets, or computers. Design policy: Help come prepared with color ideas, backup designs (in case a design is too complex for our expertise or out of your budget range). Please send your nails photo inspo to your nails technician 24 hours after making appointment that we can arrange the time. If you are not provide, it may result in a limited service, art, or design Even technicians will try their best to provide clients with their desired nail design or color, service may end on their allotted time slot to avoid overlapping other appointments. DISCLAIMER: Inspiration nail art is welcome, but we will not execute the exact same design. We will try our best to replicate your designs, which is why we never promise designs will be exact as the image or inspiration provided. We all have our own individual artistic style. It’s also important to bring backup designs in case due to our technician not being able to provide the service or inspiration requested. 3. Cancellations/ Amendments/ No show: Please understand my time is valuable , and if you can not keep your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours notice is appreciated. No-show will be charged 100% of appointment(s) cost. Same day/less then 24 hour notice cancellations will be charged 100% of appointment(s) cost. Repeated late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking privileges. 4. Please be on time. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. Let us know if you require any fixes or changes when you are still at the salon, and we will be more than happy to take care of them. Complementary Fixes: We guarantee our gel manicure and pedicure services for a 7-day, 2-day guarantee on regular polish applications. For fixes, proof of your previous appointment and pictures of the nails are required. We only fix the nails that require fixing (not the whole set), and the fix will be exactly the same (no color/design change). 6. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to: Anyone with contagious nail conditions Anyone with infected/open wounds on the treatment area Anyone with ill/contagious health conditions Anyone who has inappropriate behaviors towards our technicians or customers.Business Hours
